That usually means that keeping some of what you earn to pay yourself results in a solid financial foundation from which you can achieve your goals and dreams – including helping others through investment, charities and the like.

The older I get the more convinced I am that true happiness, motivation and enjoyment in life comes from having an optimal balance between self improvement, introspection, and learning on the one side countered by a willingness to enjoy the moment for what it is…"smell the roses" as they say.

Over the last 10-years it has become clear that our thoughts have a major impact on behavior AND that positive thoughts lead to positive behavior which in turn, tends to feed additional positive feedback and thoughts, so instead of being stuck in a rut where you get caught in a negative thought cycle, you actually feed into a positive thought cycle which becomes self-sustaining.
