When someone talks to you about increasing your motivation, they tend to focus on the positives…look on the bright side, turn your energy into a positive direction, blah…blah…blah!

In my experience, what motivates people is when they get so pissed off they are not going to take the current situation anymore and then gets them motivated to do something about it.

Sometimes the cause is as small as one sentence their partner said to them on the way out the door, other times the challenges are much more serious, but in any case – can we turn more of our bad days into good day?

Over the last 10-years it has become clear that our thoughts have a major impact on behavior AND that positive thoughts lead to positive behavior which in turn, tends to feed additional positive feedback and thoughts, so instead of being stuck in a rut where you get caught in a negative thought cycle, you actually feed into a positive thought cycle which becomes self-sustaining.
