We all struggle with bouts of laziness – and for many of us it is a very frustrating, de-moralizing feeling that often results in a cycle of feelings where we question our ability, our drive, our character and even our place in this world.

Often when I meet people who are troubled, struggling with a lack of self-confidence, poor self-esteem lacking both motivation and self-discipline, they are also sporadic sleepers.

Some nights they may get 7-hours, other nights they get less than six – and even more troubling is that the quality of sleep is not adequate to function let alone improve their personal development.

If we could only put our finger on the critical steps for achieving sustained happiness, wouldn't that be one of your greatest life achievements?

it's not that we would want to be happy 100% of the time, but for most of us it would be great to unlock the characterstics that would increase the amount of happiness in our lives.

There's a pattern I've noticed among those who achieve great things in their lives – whether it's Tiger Woods winning his 60th title or Roger Federer's dominance on the courts, Bill Gates' mastery of software business and now philanthropy…and so on.
