I can speak from experience that #3 can make a HUGE difference in energy levels. May 2006 I had a nervous breakdown and embarked on a journey to radically change my lifestyle with a mostly plant-based diet and lots of exercise. I stopped having those mid-day crashes, and have lots of energy. Eat lots of fresh (or at most steamed) fruits and veggies and you will be amazed. #2 with deep breathing is an interesting concept - I'll have to give that a try. A 10 minute micro-nap also does wonders.

I try to live by the principle that the best way to have the most energy is to get adequate sleep, eat a healthy diet and exercise. In a pinch (driving, business meeting) I use an energy drink, but only one made from natural ingredients that gives me a healthy boost for 6+ hours without putting bad stuff in my body. You can request a sample of this one at www.naturalenergysample.com.
